Msnkit.com is a product of DifundirOnline S.R.L. CUIT 30-71039325-3 (from now on DifundirOnline). DifundirOnline is an argentine company domiciled in 1451 Laprade St., Santo Tomé, ZIP Code 3016, Santa Fe, Argentina.

2 - Statement of practice.

a). DifundirOnline garantee a secure and confidential service to their users, in order to protect the privacy of the communications and personal data of its users.

b). DifundirOnline complies with the law, and more specifically, by way of information, with the provisions of Law 25.326 and Regulatory Decree 1558/01, provided by the Argentine data protection agency (Dirección Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales), deposit with the denomination QUEBLOCK FE.01 N° 183 (Procedure N° 102.583) in the National Data Bank Register (Registro Nacional de Bancos de Datos), Justice and Human Rights Ministry (Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos).

c). DifundirOnline suscribe the normative dispose by the European Union Member States related to the Personal Data Protection, referring to the decision of the Commission on June 30, 2003, in pursuance of Directive 95/46/CE of the European Parliament and the Council on the adequacy of personal data protection in Argentina.

3 - In compliance with the legislation regarding personal data protection.

a). For the purpose of complying with Law 25.326 and Decree 1558/01, provided by the Argentine data protection agency (D.N.P.D.P.), DifundirOnline informs the user of the existence of an automated file of personal data created by DifundirOnline and named "QUEBLOCK", which has been registered within the D.N.P.D.P.

b). The data the user provides to DifundirOnLine are intended to make e-mail marketing. This information will be treated with the utmost privacy, confidentiality and security in accordance with the current legislation.

4 - User Consent

a). It is understood that the user accepts the foregoings conditions by clicking on the "OK" or "Confirm" button on the additional information form. Therefore, the filling-in of our registration form, the acceptance of the conditions and privacy policy means that the user accepts the automatic processing of their data by DifundirOnline.

b). The collected data is correct, suitable and non-excessive according to the field, aims and services that DifundirOnline has established, declared and legitimated. Nevertheless, the user can revoke, at any time, the above-mentioned consent, by cancelling their registration within the services provided by Msnkit, through any means stated in the former point.
